Pilates Classes
Join our Pilates matwork classes in either the Wessex Health Network (17 Stour Road, Christchurch) or in the beautiful surroundings of Highcliffe Castle. We cater for beginners through to advanced.
Highcliffe Castle on Mondays at 9.15am
Wessex Health Network on Wednesdays at 1.15pm and Fridays at 9.30am.
Physiotherapy In Christchurch
Opening hours for Physiotherapy in Christchurch:
Mondays 10.45 - 2pm.
Wednesdays 8.30-1pm
Fridays 8.30-2pm
Thursday 9.15 - 2pm
Saturday from 10am

Sam Hylton
BSc(HONS) Physiotherapy
Registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
Sam has been qualified since 1999 and has worked in the NHS and Private clinics in the UK and New Zealand. She has been running Pilates classes for over 10 years.
