Join our Pilates matwork classes at our venue in Burton Community Centre, Burton, Christchurch.
Classes are Physio-led for intermediate to advanced level by Sam Hylton.
Sam completed her APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) qualification for teaching Pilates over 15 years ago.

Sam has been qualified since 1999 and has worked in the NHS and Private clinics in the UK and New Zealand. She has been running Pilates classes for over 15 years.
